Mediterranean Veggie Dip
This healthy dip will be a hit in your household. Drop spoonful’s of the dip in jars, top with veggie sticks and serve as a healthy afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 150 grams Happy Days Dairies Plain Soft Okanagan Goat Cheese
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mixed Mediterranean dried herbs: oregano, garlic, rosemary, fennel, and thyme
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Begin by mashing the goat cheese with a fork, in a medium-sized bowl.
Once mashed, add mayonaisse and lemon juice.
