Gingerbread Yogurt Cups

A fun way to enjoy a holiday favorite… for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 475 gram container (2 cups) Happy Days Dairies Vanilla Goat Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
- 2 tablespoons ground chia seed or flax seed
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the jug of your high-powered blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a day, maximum.
When serving, you can top with your favorite gluten-free cereal (popped amaranth used in the images) and raw nuts or seeds (walnut used).
