Banana Frozen Yogurt

Make a delicious sugar free frozen yogurt treat! Whip together frozen bananas, vanilla goat yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey or coconut nectar and voilà you’re done.

Ingredients

  • 3 over-ripe banana, sliced into coins and frozen overnight
  • 1/4 cup Happy Days Dairies Vanilla Goat Milk Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or coconut nectar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the bowl of your food processor and pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Serve as is, soft serve style, or spoon into a bowl. Place bowl in the freezer for 1 hour, stirring once, halfway through.

Top with chocolate chips, raisins, toasted coconut, or enjoy as is.
